Salary: £29,216 - £33,890 per year (plus additional £1,980 - £2,530 for potential sleepovers)

Contract: 38.5 hours per week

We are looking for Senior Residential Care Workers who can help provide the care and continuous encouragement our young people deserve. You will take responsibility:

  • Encouraging staff to feel supported to develop caring relationships and that they feel nurtured and in turn enable them to provide a sense of home, and belonging in which the children feel loved and flourish.

  • Provide positive leadership and skill to create an environment where trauma informed care is paramount and healing can take place.

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

What we expect from you:

·         Two years previous experience working in a residential setting with young people or adults

·         Have flexibility in the roles undertaken

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations

·         Full driving licence

·         Obtained, or willing to work towards HNC, SVQ/NVQ 3, SVQ/NVQ 4 in Heath & Social or equivalent
