Salary: £29,216 - £33,890 per year (plus additional £1,980 - £2,530 for potential sleepovers)
Contract: 38.5 hours per week

We are looking for Senior Residential Care Workers who can help provide the care and continuous encouragement our young people deserve. You will take responsibility:
Encouraging staff to feel supported to develop caring relationships and that they feel nurtured and in turn enable them to provide a sense of home, and belonging in which the children feel loved and flourish.
Provide positive leadership and skill to create an environment where trauma informed care is paramount and healing can take place.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

· After 6 months you’ll be encouraged to complete your SVQ 4 or further qualifications

What we expect from you:
· Two years previous experience working in a residential setting with young people or adults
· Have flexibility in the roles undertaken
· Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations
· Full driving licence
· Obtained, or willing to work towards HNC, SVQ/NVQ 3, SVQ/NVQ 4 in Heath & Social or equivalent
